A Deep cleaning, also known as Scale and root planning, Scaling involves removing plaque, tartar, and bacteria from the tooth surfaces, both above and below the gumline. The goal of scale and root planning is to eliminate bacteria and infection, reduce inflammation, and promote healing of the gums. It is often recommended for individuals with gum disease to restore and maintain good oral health. (if you have insurance please bring card with you)
